How To: Cute Cookies Christmas Card

Hello crafty friends, I'm sharing the cutest Christmas cookies card today.

To start, I took a piece of watercolour card stock and sprays with distress mica sprays in warm colours. I made a 5 x 7 notecard from Kraft, adhering my mica piece to the centre once dry. I die cut a heart border from vellum using one of the scalloped heart dies, laid it over my card and adhered, cutting the excess off.

I die cut two cookie dies from the Bakery add on set from pale peach card stock. I added some brown dye ink around the edges for more of a "baked look". I die cut the icing layer from white glitter card stock and adhered to the cookie dies. I then added gems of different sizes, including the gorgeous bold red gems from Scrappy Tails for the baubles and buttons.

I die cut the 'Bakery' sentiment twice from white card stock and once from gold Cardstock and adheres to my panel. I then white heat embossed a sentiment from the Winter Flurries 6 x 8 stamp set included in the card kit on black card stock and adhered using foam squares, and finished with some extra jewels for added bling!

Thank You for stopping by,

Beth x
